This space has been designed to support you throughout your participation in the tournament. Here you will find all essential information regarding your stay in Valence: official invitation, accommodation, transport, accreditation, visa procedures, practice courts and on-site services.

Hotels
The organisers are pleased to offer you an accommodation offer including 2*, 3* and 4* hotels :
- Mercure Valence Sud 4* – 2 Rue de Chantecouriol, 26000 Valence Sud
- 3* – 355 Av. de Provence, 26000 Valence Ibis Valence Sud
- 2*- Rue de Chantecouriol, 26000 Valence Ibis Budget
Bookings have to been made online by filling in the hotel reservation form before 17th May 2026.
After the deadline, rooms availability will not be assured. Rooms will be booked on a First booked First Served basis. Invoices will be sent by email directly after the deadline and must be paid online on our website to confirm the reservation. Failing to pay the invoice before the deadline will result in the organizer releasing the rooms. Upon check-in, all teams must present a credit card to cover additional expenses they may incur.

Any modification or cancellation, partial or total, must be subject of a written request to the organisation : hotels@valencealpesinternational.com
Transport
LYON SAINT-EXUPERY AIRPORT – HOTELS
Transport will be provided free of charge between Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport (LYS airport) at the Terminal 1 short stay parking & the official hotels from 10th June to 15th June.
Shuttle bus will be organised via flight number. To book transportation from to the tournament hotels please fill in the transport reservation form before 17th May 2026
Transport from LYS airport can be arranged by the organisation on 9th June but will be invoiced at the rate of 75€ per person for both ways.
Be careful, LYS airport is located at 90 minutes from/to the venue & official hotels, please take into consideration this information when you book your flight tickets. The departure time from Valence to LYS airport will be at least 5 hours before your flight time. Transportation from & to LYS airport will be provided only to delegations having decided to be accommodated in one of the official hotels and through the organisation booking system.
VALENCE TGV TRAIN STATION – VENUE / HOTELS
No transport will be provided between Valence TGV Train Station & the main hall. Participants can access to the venue using the public bus service.

Official hotels - venue
LYON SAINT-EXUPERY AIRPORT – HOTELS
Transport will be provided between the tournament hotels and the venue from the 10th to 14th June 2026.
will be available in the practice hall, the player lounge and at each hotel reception
There is limited public transport between the hotels and the venue so event transportation will be provided regularly (every hour) between the venue and the official hotels, from 90 minutes before the first matches to 20 minutes after the last matches of the day. A transport schedule will be available in the practice hall, the player lounge and at each hotel reception

Accreditations
Access to Tournament venues and other services is provided through personalized accreditation. Every accreditation should be requested by filling in the accreditation form before 29th May 2026. You will be asked, in that order : a valid email address to receive the confirmation code you will have to enter / Last Name / First Name / Country / Position / Name of the Players you will be with
Accreditations for the players ONLY will be prepared in accordance with the acceptance list, so there is no need for the players to fill in the accreditation form. More details about the accreditations system are written in the invitation
Visa
After entering player(s) in the tournament, it is the Member’s responsibility to secure visas for their players, if this is needed. It is the Member’s responsibility to make sure that visa applications are made early enough. The Tournament Organizer will do everything possible to enable the entered players to get a visa.
If you need a “Letter of invitation”, please fill in the visa application form before Sunday 10th May 2026.

Practice Courts
4 warm-up courts are available inside the practice hall from Wednesday 10th June 2026 to Sunday 14th June 2026. Delegations will also be able to practice on the 4 tournament courts inside the main hall on Wednesday 10th June from 15:00 to 21:00.
For Wednesday 10th June 2026, 1/2 hour slots can be booked by filling in the practice courts reservation form before 29th May 2026.
From Thursday 11th June to Sunday 14th June 2026, reservations must be done directly at the athlete services, before 18:00.
The practice courts schedule will be done according to the next day’s schedule & will be published on a Whatsapp group with all the Team Managers.
For Wednesday 10th June 2026, 1/2 hour slots can be booked by filling in the practice courts reservation form before 29th May 2026.

Players Services
A stringing service will be available at the practice hall from Wednesday 10th June to Sunday 14th June.
Different models of string will be available. Rates are 20,00€ for hanging and 25,00€ for hanging + stringing.
A Physiotherapist service will be available free of charge during the tournament.
If you need taping, please bring yours. All these services must be booked & paid directly at the athlete services.
